




**CDMX SUPERVISOR** **Job Description** ***PLATA***, a digital financial services and technology company founded in 2022, is seeking an experienced Ambassador Supervisor **Mérida** to lead and develop a team committed to inclusion and simplicity in financial services across Mexico. **PLATA** is a digital financial services and technology company aiming to become the top choice for financial services in the Mexican market, providing all its customers with financial solutions through inclusion, simplicity, convenience, trust, and security. **PLATA** was founded in 2022 by executives and investors who have built some of the most innovative and successful solutions and companies in the global digital banking industry. **Position Requirements:** * At least 1 year of experience supervising teams, preferably in operations or sales. * Experience in face-to-face sales and/or customer service. * Ability to supervise teams in one or multiple cities. * Proactive attitude and ability to efficiently solve problems. * Skill in ensuring compliance with established metrics and objectives. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Ability to motivate and develop team members. **Position Responsibilities:** * Accompany ambassadors in the field, providing continuous mentorship and support. Conduct reporting and follow-up to ensure ambassadors meet their goals and fulfill established KPIs. * Supervise daily ambassador activities, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Provide ongoing training and development to enhance team skills and competencies. * Plan and coordinate team activities, assigning tasks and ensuring deadlines and objectives are met. Maintain constant communication with other departments to coordinate efforts and optimize resources. * Conduct periodic performance analysis of the team and operations, identifying areas for improvement and proposing corrective actions. Implement continuous improvement practices to increase efficiency and service quality. * Report incidents to the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth and timely communication regarding any issues affecting team operations.
