Job Summary: We are seeking a Labor Lawyer to legally represent the company, draft legal documents, attend hearings, and provide advisory services on hiring and terminations. Key Highlights: 1. Solid experience in employer-side labor litigation (trials and conciliations) 2. Key responsibilities in legal representation and labor advisory services 3. Work schedule from Monday to Friday Required Profile: - Completed Bachelor's degree in Law. - Minimum 5 years of experience in employer-side labor litigation (trials and conciliations). - Basic proficiency with digital tools (Microsoft Office suite). Main Responsibilities: - Legally represent the company in labor lawsuits. - Draft responses to complaints, appeals, settlement agreements, amparos, etc. - Attend conciliation, trial, and enforcement hearings. - Provide advisory services on hiring, disciplinary actions, rescissions, and labor terminations. - Review and draft employment contracts, collective agreements, and internal regulations.
