**Monitoring Specialist** **Salary:** $12,000 net monthly **Job Type:** Full-time **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Fixed Sunday off **Job Description** A growing company is seeking a **Monitoring Specialist**, responsible for real-time monitoring of units, branches, and personnel to ensure compliance with established security protocols. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Live CCTV monitoring for branch openings. * Daily follow-up on opening and closing incidents until resolution. * Real-time surveillance of cash collection personnel. * Detection of security events and abnormal situations. * Incident analysis and reporting of findings. * Supervision of security guideline compliance during authorized routes and stops. * Execution of security protocols. * Verification of unit locations via GPS (minimum 3 times per day). * Control of staff entry and exit. * Registration of staff assigned to GPS-equipped units. * Tracking of numbered reports. * Other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements** * Minimum **1 year of experience as a Monitoring Specialist**. * Knowledge of **GPS systems**. * Experience operating a **telephone switchboard**. * Knowledge of **vehicle recovery procedures**. * Knowledge and application of **security standards**. * Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree, current candidate, or incomplete studies in **Criminology or Law**, or * Completed high school. **We Offer** * Monthly salary of **$12,000 net**. * **Statutory benefits from day one** (IMSS, Infonavit, Christmas bonus, vacation, vacation premium). * Job stability. * Direct hiring by the company. * Positive work environment.
