We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive maintenance technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on facilities, equipment, and machinery, ensuring their proper operation to maintain efficient and safe operations. Responsibilities: \- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing equipment. \- Identify and diagnose equipment and facility malfunctions, providing quick and effective solutions. \- Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair activities. \- Coordinate with other departments to schedule inspections and repairs. \- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations. \- Manage inventory of tools and spare parts required for repairs. \- Assist in the continuous improvement of maintenance processes and procedures. Requirements: \- Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions. \- Basic knowledge in electricity, plumbing, masonry, carpentry, and general maintenance. \- Skills in diagnosing and resolving technical issues. \- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. \- Availability to work flexible hours and rotating shifts, if necessary.
