**DRIVER AND GENERAL MAINTENANCE WORK** **Requirements:** * **Completed High School Education** * **Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles** * **Experience driving vehicles of 3.5 tons or similar.** * **Desirable experience in construction and general maintenance activities.** * **Good personal appearance** * **Good interpersonal skills** * **Service-oriented attitude.** * **Familiarity with the city** * **Valid Driver’s License** * **Ability to drive with trailer** * **Immediate availability** **Responsibilities:** * **Transport materials to construction sites (loading and/or unloading may be required occasionally)** * **Deliver or collect documents** * **Maintain records of services and repairs for assigned vehicles** * **Primarily local travel, with occasional out-of-town trips** * **Keep assigned vehicle clean** * **Assist in basic general maintenance processes.** **We offer:** * **Statutory benefits** * **Immediate hiring** * **Weekly salary payment** * **Monthly base salary of $12,000.00 plus a $1,000.00 bonus for punctuality and attendance.** **Regular work schedule: Monday through Saturday, occasionally including weekends, with one rest day.** **Shifts: 8 to 12 hours, variable** Job type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company vehicle * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company phone * Free uniforms Education: * Completed high school education (preferred) Work location: On-site employment
