It doesn’t matter who you are, where you’re from, or whom you love—you can always influence those around you and make a positive impact on the world. **Learn more:** PepsiCoJobs **Join PepsiCo, dare to transform.** Responsibilities: **The opportunity** Manage and coordinate vehicle-related procedures for PepsiCo nationwide, ensuring legal compliance, proper documentation, and optimized processing times with state and federal authorities—guaranteeing fleet operational continuity. **Your impact** As SC Fleet Asst Representative, your responsibilities would include:* Processing vehicle registration, deregistration, ownership transfers, and license plate issuance. * Coordinating renewal of vehicle circulation cards, licenses, and insurance policies. * Maintaining up-to-date vehicle documentation databases. * Tracking payments for vehicle taxes, emissions inspections, and traffic fines. * Filing reports of vehicle loss and processing releases for units impounded at impound lots. * Liaising with government agencies (e.g., SEMOVI, REPUVE, State Tax Authorities, etc.). * Supporting internal and external audits related to the vehicle fleet. * Preparing periodic reports on the documentary status of the fleet. * Acting in accordance with ethical principles and company compliance standards. Qualifications: **Who are we looking for?*** Administrative Manager or technical degree (preferably in Administration, Logistics, or related field). * Minimum 2 years’ experience in vehicle administration or related administrative procedures. * Knowledge of vehicle-related procedures across different Mexican states (ideal if managing multiple locations). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.). * Experience using vehicle management systems. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and government authorities. * Willingness to travel to other states within Mexico. * Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to drive.
