Responsibilities * Contact patients to schedule podiatry appointments, delivering a friendly, professional, and service-oriented experience. * Verify demographic and health insurance information to ensure accuracy and prevent delays in care. * Document thoroughly and clearly the patient’s reason for visit to support appropriate clinical scheduling. * Assess urgency of reported symptoms and escalate as needed. * Make approximately 80–85 outbound calls per day from an assigned queue. * Adhere to assigned schedules and established productivity standards.
