We are looking for: **“Talent Attraction Executive”** **Job Responsibilities:** * You will identify, coordinate, and execute the attraction and selection of candidates who meet the criteria to become franchise owners of a financial consulting firm. * You will contribute to the growth and expansion of your own financial goals as well as those of the company by identifying suitable candidate profiles. * You will design, implement, and manage the visibility of recruitment strategies to attract new talent across various technological recruitment platforms and/or social media, among other sources. * You will conduct initial CV screening and interviews using a competency-based approach for candidates. * You will manage technical and skills assessments for candidates. * You will coordinate with management to review and follow up on specific hiring needs. * You will generate periodic reports on key KPIs related to the talent attraction, selection, and retention process. **Job Requirements:** * Gender: \***Unrestricted**\* * Age Range: **24–29 Years** * Marital Status: **Unrestricted** **Minimum Education and Knowledge:** * Minimum education: Completed bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * Intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), web browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox), Canva, CapCut, and Windows/Mac operating systems. * Minimum one year of prior experience in talent attraction and selection. * Knowledge of competency-based interviewing and talent assessment tools. * Experience managing technological recruitment platforms and social media, among others. **Job Skills:** * Excellent communication skills, verbal fluency (mandatory), and personal presentation. * Socially skilled/competent and extroverted. * Self-motivated and self-managed (mandatory). * Numerical aptitude and/or proficiency. * High energy level. * Disciplined with strong time-management skills (activity organization). * Consistently positive attitude, high frustration tolerance, and strong sense of responsibility. * Accustomed to working toward objectives and collaboratively in teams. **Working Hours:** **\*Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM**\* If you believe you are qualified, apply to this position **and remember to complete your presentation sheet as thoroughly as possible.** *About the Company: We are a financial, wealth, and tax consulting firm specializing in the insurance sector, with a solid track record of over 20 years in the market.
