




A prestigious restaurant company invites you to join its team as a Sushero for our Japanese cuisine concept, Ichikani Artz. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare ingredients for production, such as cutting vegetables and proteins. * Prepare dressings, sauces, and seasonings. * Ensure ingredient quality and freshness. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Monitor dish deliveries per order. * Report raw material and supply consumption. * Control food portion sizes. * Request raw materials and consumables. * Prepare the daily production list. * Clean, inventory, and organize the sushi refrigerator. **We Offer:** * Weekly base salary. * Weekly tips (average: 2,300). * Statutory benefits (social security, year-end bonus, vacation days, and vacation premium). * Uniforms. * Cafeteria service. **Requirements:** * Knowledge of knife, pan, and torch or blowtorch handling. * Knowledge of preparing Nigiri, Maki, Temaki, and Sashimi. * Minimum one year of experience working in Oriental kitchens in a Sushero position. **Schedules:** * Availability to rotate shifts (opening, mid-shift, and closing).
