




**Prospecting and Lead Generation** * Visit businesses, homes, and companies to offer services. * Make cold calls and follow up on leads generated through social media or campaigns. * Develop weekly prospecting routes. * Participate in events or promotional activities. **Sales and Customer Service** * Present pest control services clearly, technically, and professionally. * Identify customer needs (type of pest, area size, service frequency). * Prepare quotes, commercial proposals, and contracts. * Negotiate agreements and close sales. * Explain procedures, warranties, and recommendations to the customer. **Administration and Reporting** * Record visits, clients, quotes, and sales in the system or CRM. * Submit weekly reports on prospecting, closed deals, and follow-ups. * Coordinate with the operations team to schedule service dates for new clients. **Internal Coordination** * Collaborate with the operations team to schedule services. * Report any special customer requirements (product type, timing, sensitive areas). * Verify that the service has been completed before requesting payment.
