




*Creators of memorable experiences for companies across Mexico* We are looking for a dynamic, energetic sales profile with strategic vision and the ability to **open markets from scratch** in the world of corporate events and conferences. **Your mission** * Conduct cold prospecting and build your own portfolio of institutional clients. * Identify and contact **Directors, General Managers, CEOs, and HR leaders**. * Present innovative solutions for corporate events, conventions, and conferences. * Research on social networks such as **LinkedIn** and other digital channels to reach the appropriate segment. * Analyze client needs to impact with a creative digital presentation and execute the project flawlessly. * Represent the company at conferences or visits with high-level national and international clients. **Requirements** * Experience in consultative B2B sales, preferably in services, tourism, hospitality, events, or MICE tourism (business tourism). * Interest in **cold prospecting** and market development. * Excellent communication and executive relationship skills. * Experience in **Boost Marketing** * Knowledge of the tourism services and events market (desirable). * **Valid passport and visa.** * Proficiency with digital tools and professional networks **(Social Media, Meta - Google ADS essential).** * Completed bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory). * **Advanced Excel, Office suite, PowerPoint, Canva** as primary tools for follow-up, reporting, and presentations. * Database management and **CRM** for handling potential clients. * Creation of **Briefs** and research on new trends. * **Advanced English**, capable of fluent conversation. * High initiative in proposing ideas. * **Excellent personal presentation** **Work location:** Mérida, Yucatán (on-site) **We offer:** Competitive base salary + attractive commission scheme, excellent work environment and professional growth, as well as the opportunity to represent a company with national and international presence in corporate event organization.
