




Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage payroll calculation and data entry, track employee absences due to incapacity, and provide support in social security matters. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages payroll data entry and calculation. 2. Provides support in social security activities. 3. Prepares severance settlements and benefit-related deductions. You are invited to join our team as a: **PAYROLL ANALYST** **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. * Proficiency in IDSE and SUA systems. * Experience managing payroll for at least 900 employees. **General Responsibilities:** * Payroll data entry and calculation. * Tracking of employee absences due to incapacity. * Support in social security activities (e.g., IMSS registrations and cancellations). * Deductions for benefits such as INFONAVIT and FONACOT. * Preparation of severance settlements. * Implementation of administrative resolutions. * General departmental support in various activities.
