You will be responsible for ensuring that all our staff receive their compensation accurately and on time, guaranteeing compliance with current legal and tax regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** Payroll Processing. Benefits Calculation: Calculate severance payments, final settlements, year-end bonuses (aguinaldos), profit-sharing (PTU), and vacation bonuses. Tax and Social Security Compliance: Manage employee records with the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS) (registrations, cancellations, salary changes) via IDSE and determine contributions in SUA. Tax Filings: Assist in calculating the Payroll Tax (ISN) and income tax (ISR) withholdings on salaries. Employee Support: Address employee inquiries regarding payroll slips, payments, and benefits. Reporting: Generate payroll cost and variance reports for the Finance Department. **Required Profile:** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field (preferably graduated or with completed degree) Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in similar payroll processing roles. **Technical Knowledge:** Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, logical formulas). Proficiency in payroll software (CONTPAQi, NOI, SAP or similar). Strong knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, Social Security Law, and Income Tax Law (Ley del ISR). **Soft Skills:** High level of confidentiality, attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under strict deadlines. **We Offer:** Monthly net salary.
