REQUIREMENTS: \*Completed primary or secondary education (certificate required) \*Valid Tax Status Certificate \*Basic documents required for hiring \*Criminal background check NOT required \*Desirable: minimum 6 months of intramural security experience \*Mandatory: customer service experience \*Excellent attitude and friendliness to welcome guests and foster an excellent hospitality climate \*Availability to rotate across 3 shifts: 6 AM–2 PM; 2 PM–10 PM; and 10 PM–6 AM (Monday to Sunday), with mid-week rest days \*Residence near the work area: Paseo Montejo \*Desire to begin a career in the hospitality industry \*Full agreement with the salary and benefits offered by this position RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Control of staff entry and exit \- Control of guest, supplier, and vehicle entry and exit \- Security patrols throughout hotel facilities \- Monitoring of security cameras \- Participation in internal investigations \- Foster an excellent hospitality climate WE OFFER: \*Direct employment with the world’s leading hotel chain: Marriott \*Monthly gross salary of $10,451 STATUTORY BENEFITS: \*Thirteenth-month bonus (Aguinaldo) \*Vacation premium \*12 vacation days starting from the first year \*Sunday premium (additional payment) \*Annual profit-sharing payment \*100% social security, Afore, and Infonavit contributions BENEFITS EXCEEDING LEGAL REQUIREMENTS: \*Savings fund contribution of 10%, doubled annually to 20% \*Fully complimentary cafeteria service \*Complete uniforms provided at no cost \*Ongoing training with Marriott’s academic curriculum value \*Preferential rates for you, your family, and friends DO YOU MEET THE PROFILE WE ARE SEEKING?
