We want to meet you! ### **Open Position: Internal Communications Analyst** **Location:** Colonia México, Mérida, Yucatán **Contract Type:** Indefinite **Department:** Human Capital ### **What Are We Looking For?** * In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that every internal message, campaign, and visual asset reflects Macropay’s essence and values. Your work will be pivotal in strengthening our organizational culture by creating communication experiences that connect, inspire, and mobilize our employees. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and develop visual assets aligned with internal communication requirements, understanding brand needs and meeting established deadlines. * Coordinate and execute internal campaigns that drive organizational culture. * Manage and optimize internal communication channels (newsletters, digital signage, intranet, and corporate social media). ### **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or related field. * Experience in developing and coordinating internal campaigns and visual materials. * Proficiency in internal communication channels and digital platforms. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva), as well as use of AI for content development across various formats. * Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a high level of writing proficiency. * Knowledge of digital tools and metrics (Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn, Instagram Business, Hootsuite) ### **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Enhanced benefits: * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Major medical expense insurance ### **✅ How to Apply:** Apply through this channel. **Important:** Please attach your portfolio when applying.
