Poultry Processing Plant is seeking a HUMAN CAPITAL COORDINATOR REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, or related field. * Flexible availability of working hours. * Experience in operational and administrative recruitment. * Valid driver's license and ability to drive manual transmission vehicles is mandatory. * Two years of experience in this position. FUNCTIONS: * Recruitment of personnel across various departments and platforms (field, social media, Computrabajo, LinkedIn, etc.). * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, employee terminations, severance settlements, etc. * Continuous improvement projects that support employee development according to departmental needs. * Develop monthly training plans based on current plant needs, audit requests, and STPS requirements. * Conduct visits to assigned departments to monitor newly hired personnel and resolve conflicts. * Conduct onboarding and training for newly hired personnel. * Support events, health campaigns, and programs. * Prepare weekly and monthly reports to meet KPIs.
