Contribute to a positive organizational climate and achievement of objectives **ENVIRONMENTAL COMPANY SEEKING:** * ***HR COORDINATOR*** **Position Objective** Coordinate and supervise key Human Resources processes, ensuring proper talent administration, KPI compliance, timely vacancy coverage, payroll management, and effective resolution of labor conflicts, thereby contributing to a positive organizational climate and achievement of company objectives. **Main Responsibilities** * **Recruitment and Selection** * Manage recruitment sources (job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs, etc.). * Ensure timely and appropriate vacancy coverage. * Coordinate interviews and selection processes. * **HR Indicators (KPIs)** * Monitor indicators such as: * Employee turnover * Time to fill vacancies * Absenteeism * Retention rate * Prepare reports and propose improvement strategies. * **Personnel Administration** * Track and manage incidents (absences, tardiness, leave requests, disabilities). * Update employee files. * **Payroll** * Validate incidents for payroll calculation. * Coordinate with the accounting department or external provider. * Ensure accurate and timely payments. * **Workplace Climate and Conflict Resolution** * Address and mediate labor conflicts. * Implement actions to improve the work environment. * Enforce internal policies and regulations. * **Legal Compliance** * Ensure compliance with current labor legislation. * Support labor audits. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field. * Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of: * HR KPIs * Recruitment sources * Federal Labor Law * Payroll processes **Skills** * Organization and planning * Data analysis * Effective communication * Leadership * Conflict resolution * Working under pressure **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * % employee turnover * Average time to fill vacancies * Absenteeism level * Payroll timeliness compliance * Employee satisfaction index **Av.
