Join Heineken Six Yucatán’s recruitment team! **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree (MANDATORY) * Ability to drive a standard vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license (MANDATORY) * Experience in recruitment or field activities (e.g., canvassing, activations, candidate sourcing, credit promotion, etc.) related to the position * Strong sense of urgency, proactivity, and teamwork * Proficiency in support tools (Excel, Outlook, digital tools, and social media) * Must reside in or be willing to relocate to MÉRIDA, YUCATÁN **BASIC KNOWLEDGE:** * Talent or investor attraction * Effective selection * Field recruitment. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Recruit qualified individuals to become merchants for available sales points—whether due to expansion or natural turnover—ensuring compliance with all applicable legal, labor, and tax requirements for operating those sales points.
