Professional and collaborative work environment. **Department:** Dermatology Services / Aesthetic Cabin **Reports to:** Branch Management / Administration **Work Location:** UNICAPIEL BUGAMBILIAS BRANCH **Position Type:** Full-time Position Objective Deliver cosmetological services and facial treatments, among other related services, meeting high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene—thereby contributing to patient satisfaction, achievement of branch service goals, and enhancement of UNICAPIEL’s professional image. Main Responsibilities * Perform cosmetological facial treatments in accordance with established protocols. * Properly prepare the cabin before and after each service. * Assess patients’ skin type to recommend appropriate treatments per authorized protocols. * Recommend suitable dermatological products based on patients’ needs. * Maintain cleanliness, order, and hygiene of the cabin, equipment, and instruments. * Record performed services according to internal procedures. * Comply with applicable biosafety and hygiene protocols. * Support achievement of company-established service targets. * Provide professional, courteous, and respectful patient care. * Maintain assigned equipment, devices, and materials. Required Profile **Education:** * Certificate or diploma in cosmetology, cosmiatry, or a related field. **Experience:** * Prior experience in facial treatments and customer service is preferred. **Skills:** * Excellent patient interaction * Responsibility and punctuality * Professional appearance * Organization and cleanliness * Results orientation * Honesty and commitment Salary, Benefits, and Incentives The cosmetologist will receive statutory benefits under current Mexican labor legislation, including: * Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo) * Vacation days * Vacation premium (Prima vacacional) * Social Security (IMSS) * Statutory rest days Income Structure **Monthly income composed of:** * Base salary: $9,500 MXN * Punctuality bonus: $1,000 MXN * Commission for achieving monthly service target: $1,500 MXN **Target total monthly income:** **$12,000 MXN net** Conditions for Bonus and Commission * The punctuality bonus is granted when the cosmetologist demonstrates punctuality, attendance, and fulfillment of responsibilities. * The service commission is awarded upon achieving the company’s monthly service target. * Specific target definitions and measurement criteria will be determined by the company.
