Position Summary: We are seeking a Corporate Lawyer to draft and analyze contracts, manage legal procedures, provide advisory services on corporate and AML matters, with a focus on legal risk prevention. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in drafting and analyzing contracts and agreements. 2. Legal advisory services on AML and corporate governance. 3. Management of procedures with the Public Property Registry (RPP), the Commercial Property Registry (RPC), and notaries. FullGas Group is seeking: **CORPORATE LAWYER** **Requirements:** * Degree: Bachelor's degree in Law (Diploma and Professional License mandatory) * 3 years of experience in a similar position * Experience in: Contract drafting, administrative procedures, agreements, leases, notarial services, manuals, AML, RPP, and RPC, among others. **Key Responsibilities:** * Drafting minutes of meetings and various types of contracts * Analyzing contracts to identify and prevent legal risks * Liaising with law firms and/or notaries * Handling procedures and administrative formalities with the Public Property Registry (RPP) and the Commercial Property Registry (RPC), as well as notaries * Providing legal advisory services (AML, manuals, and matters related to corporate governance) **Developed Skills:** * Critical and analytical thinking for decision-making * Sense of urgency * Goal-oriented work * Assertive and negotiation communication skills * Self-directed and vigilant execution of processes **We Offer:** * Bi-weekly payments * Social Security * INFONAVIT housing fund * Uniforms Salary: $13,000.00 - $18,500.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking Application Question(s): * Do you have verifiable experience?
