Providing personalized client consultation and serving as an academic communicator, building and maintaining stable, long-term relationships with our clients. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences, Public Relations, or related fields. * Effective communication skills * Strong writing ability * Fast typing speed * Technological proficiency * Impeccable spelling * Positive attitude · Extroverted and outstanding. * Proficiency in computers, Google applications, Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram. * Experience in digital management. **Main Responsibilities:** **Social Media Management** * Plan, schedule, and publish content on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms. * Monitor messages, comments, and mentions, ensuring **warm, prompt, and on-brand customer service**. * Analyze performance and engagement metrics to propose continuous improvements. **Scriptwriting and Copywriting** * Draft **scripts for videos, reels, podcast clips, and other audiovisual content** for personal branding and the podcast. * Write persuasive, purpose-driven copies for social media, newsletters, and promotional campaigns. * Adapt communication tone to each format: educational, inspirational, emotional, or commercial. **Active Listening and Positioning** * Identify trends, viral topics, and content opportunities. * Monitor digital reputation and foster an active, engaged community. **Benefits:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. * Ongoing training * Trial-period contract * Workplace location: **La Minerva** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,999.00 – $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
