Job Description: At **LINMEX Group**, we are seeking a **Commercial Advisor** to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—ensuring achievement of business objectives and maintaining long-term client relationships. Responsibilities: * **Prospecting New Clients**: Identify and generate business opportunities, both through new clients and by following up on existing leads. * **Managing the Sales Cycle**: Execute the entire sales process—from identifying customer needs to contract closure. * **Client Service and Follow-up**: Deliver exceptional customer service by providing accurate and timely information about the company’s products and services. * **Achieving Business Objectives**: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, including closed deals and customer satisfaction. * **CRM Management**: Keep the CRM system updated, documenting all relevant information regarding clients, opportunities, and sales closures. * **Sales Reporting**: Prepare weekly and monthly sales progress reports, highlighting opportunities and challenges. Requirements: * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Results-oriented mindset and ability to work under sales targets. * Experience using CRM systems. * Personal laptop and mobile phone for conducting sales activities. * Strong motivation to learn about this industry and generate high earnings.
