Assist in coordinating and supporting academic events The university is seeking an Administrative Assistant for its Santiago campus to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and archive academic documents, files, and records. * Handle and respond to student inquiries regarding administrative procedures. * Handle and provide information about the university’s academic offerings to prospective applicants. * Assist with coordination tasks and support for academic and administrative events. * Process and follow up on administrative requests and procedures. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Education, Social Sciences, or related fields (preferred). * Minimum 1 year of customer service experience. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
