Technical Requirements • Experience with Computación en Acción. • Management and support of CONTPAQi: o Payroll o Commercial o Accounting o Banking • Support and administration of Microsoft 365: o Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate o Exchange o Office suite • Windows Server in virtualized environments. • Active Directory. • Knowledge of Power BI. • Ubiquiti / UniFi networks, Wi-Fi, and wired networks. • Domain and DNS administration. • Integrations via API and basic programming concepts. • CCTV (IP and analog) support and maintenance. Profile • Technical degree or Engineering in Systems, Computer Science, or related field. • 1–3 years of experience in systems support. • Problem-solving orientation and user-focused service. • Organization, responsibility, and teamwork.
