Job Summary: We are seeking a Route Supervisor to coordinate and optimize operational activities in pharmacies across the southern region of Yucatán, ensuring compliance with procedures and managing orders and reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and supervision of operational activities in pharmacies 2. End-to-end management of orders, invoicing, and product returns 3. Professional development and in-house training A pharmaceutical products distribution company is expanding its team and requires a ROUTE SUPERVISOR to cover the southern region of Yucatán, visiting various branches located in different municipalities. Responsibilities: Order tracking, product replenishment, shipping, invoicing, and drug returns. Responsible for coordinating, supervising, and optimizing operational activities at assigned pharmacies along the route. Ensure pharmacy staff comply with branch operational procedures. Report incidents involving staff and pharmacies under supervision.
