Job Summary: We are seeking a Revenue Assistant with experience in billing, bank reconciliation, and customer portfolio management for a company in the food industry. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in billing and customer portfolio management 2. Knowledge of bank reconciliation and credit notes 3. Proficiency in billing systems such as SAE We require a REVENUE ASSISTANT for a food industry company: REQUIREMENTS: Completed high school education Experience in: • Billing at 80% level (payment methods, addenda) • Bank reconciliation. • Managing customer portfolio control. • Knowledge of advance invoices. • Credit notes. • Identifying customer payments (at banks). • Preferably SAE system proficiency, or other billing system WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM; Saturdays, 9 AM to 1 PM OFFERED: $11,500 monthly gross (paid biweekly) Statutory benefits (IMSS registration upon hiring) . -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – General High School 2 years of experience Age: between 22 and 50 years Knowledge: Aspel SAE, Customer portfolio, Bank reconciliations, Billing, Invoices, Credit notes Keywords: helper, assistant, auxiliary, aux, assistant, helper, aide
