A Yucatecan company specializing in Private Security Services is looking for an Operational Leader with experience in personnel management and service supervision. Required Profile Education: Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Administration, or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in Asset Security or Private Security Skills: leadership, sense of urgency, decision-making under pressure, and strong sense of responsibility Mandatory: Valid driver’s license We Offer Net monthly salary: $20,000 Immediate statutory benefits (IMSS at 60%, year-end bonus, and vacation pay) Pay period: Biweekly Fixed available shifts (12x12) Morning shift: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Night shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM Work schedule: Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off Main Responsibilities As the Operational Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of security services by: Coordinating daily activities with supervisors, central station operators, and shift leaders Ensuring proper service coverage (assistance, absences, replacements) Assigning services and reallocating personnel according to operational needs Supervising compliance with security directives and protocols Verifying proper execution of patrols and access controls Planning supervision routes to optimize time and coverage Coordinating visits to service locations to validate staff performance Ensuring appropriate allocation of human resources across each service Preparing daily and weekly operational reports Tracking KPIs Keeping operational information updated in systems or shared reports Maintaining communication with clients regarding service delivery Providing timely resolution to reported incidents Ensuring customer satisfaction for assigned services. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree 2 years of experience Driver’s licenses: A, B Keywords: supervisor, manager, manager, director, chief, lead, leadership, regent, operative, operational, escort, guard, watchman, sentinel, guard, surveillance
