Location: Mérida, Yucatán Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Salary: $30,000 net monthly Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Law (with degree conferred) 3–5 years of experience in corporate law Knowledge of: • Shareholders’ meeting minutes • Company incorporation • Civil and commercial contracts • Trusts • Administrative, tax, and banking procedures Personal vehicle Responsibilities: Drafting and reviewing contracts Preparing corporate minutes and documents Client service and advisory Handling procedures with various authorities Experience with various types of trusts. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 3 years of experience
