Job Summary: Leads the infrastructure department, ensuring optimal facility maintenance, managing construction projects, and complying with ISO standards. Key Highlights: 1. Quality and ISO regulatory compliance We seek a candidate with strong management capabilities and technical expertise to lead the infrastructure department. You will be responsible for ensuring all our facilities (offices and industrial warehouses) remain in optimal condition, managing preventive maintenance, new construction projects, and ISO compliance. Key Responsibilities: Preventive Maintenance Master Plan: Develop and implement the annual preventive maintenance schedule (A.A., stormwater wells, waterproofing, desilting) Project Management: Preparation, design, and cost estimation for construction, renovation, or adaptation projects Administrative Control: Budget management, purchase orders, control of construction materials and tools Quality and Regulatory Compliance: Completion of Non-Conformance Reports (ISO), branch permit management, and Civil Protection programs Field Supervision: Coordinate both internal staff and external contractors on-site Requirements: Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
