You will be responsible for ensuring proper staff operations, inventory control, compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and sales targets. Responsibilities -Supervise the dispatch team and administrative staff. -Ensure compliance with operational, image, and safety policies. -Inventory control and cash handling. -Preparation of administrative and operational reports. -Customer service and incident resolution. -Achievement of sales and productivity goals. Requirements -Completed Bachelor's degree (in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, or related field). -Experience in leadership, supervision, or customer service (preferably in retail or convenience sectors). -Ability to work under goal-oriented frameworks. -Flexible schedule availability and enthusiasm for fieldwork. -Must have personal transportation.
