Banking Advisor – Customer Service BANCO AZTECA – SANTIAGO ZONE Ensure an excellent customer experience by offering financial products, especially bank loans, to establish long-term relationships. Main Responsibilities Advise customers on the benefits and responsibilities of a loan. Guarantee the correct implementation and execution of insurance, AFORE, and payroll strategies. Remain updated and trained on the products and services we offer. Make outbound calls to place payroll and pensioner loans. Treat customers with respect and exceed their expectations to encourage repeat business and referrals. REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma (original certificate) required. Strong verbal communication skills. Enthusiasm for customer interaction. Goal- and objective-oriented. Experience in customer service, sales, or customer prospecting activities. Integrity in performing duties.
