Position Summary: We are seeking a CORPORATE LAWYER with experience in commercial, corporate, and business law for an energy-sector company, specializing in contract drafting, minutes analysis, and notarial activities. Notarial and internal legal activities We require a CORPORATE LAWYER for an energy-sector company (gas station chain): REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's Degree in Law - Minimum 4 years of proven experience in commercial law, corporate law, and business law in a professional capacity. - Experience as in-house counsel or within an internal legal department. - Knowledge of civil contracts and notarial matters. - Contract and notarial deed drafting - Minutes analysis - Notarial activities and legal department tasks - Ability to work effectively under pressure WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM and 3:30 PM–6:00 PM; Saturday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM OFFICE LOCATION: Díaz Ordaz Neighborhood COMPENSATION OFFERED: MXN 18,000 (gross) All statutory benefits. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 5 years of experience Age: between 28 and 40 years Knowledge areas: Analysis, Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Notarial Law, Contract Drafting, Notarial Deeds Keywords: lawyer, legal counsel, jurist, legal specialist, attorney, corporate, business, corporate lawyer
