REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within companies serving high-tier corporate clients. • Advanced knowledge of collection processes, taxation, REPSE, and tax documentation management. • Advanced proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues effectively. JOB OBJECTIVE: The Collection Supervisor will be responsible for managing and ensuring payment recovery from high-tier domestic and international corporate clients. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to handle complex collection processes, including payroll-related information, taxes, tax compliance (REPSE), and preparation and delivery of the specific tax kit requested by each client.
