We are currently seeking new talent for the role of: Early-Stage Collections Manager Onsite work Requirements: -Minimum 1 year of experience in collections-related areas. (Telephone collections management and administrative functions.) -Completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field -Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency -Experience in collections activities -Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills -Excellent customer service attitude -Problem-solving ability Job Responsibilities: - Achieve collection targets for first-invoice non-payment portfolios and/or buckets defined by central strategy. - Retain first-invoice non-payment accounts through telephone-based management of 100% of assigned portfolios. - Manage Early-Stage Portfolio via telephone outreach for clients who cannot be reached and/or who refuse payment, as assigned by Central Collections. - Responsible for Early-Stage Portfolio - Report findings, causes, and/or reasons for non-payment - Document customer interactions in the system - Responsible for Early-Stage Collections management and KPIs · Schedule Mon–Fri: 9 AM to 7 PM, with 2-hour lunch break Sat–Sun: Rotating days off; on working days, schedule is 9 AM to 5 PM · We Offer: Statutory benefits Base salary of $9,452.40 + $2,000 fixed compensation + performance bonuses Life insurance Benefits provided by Grupo Salinas Opportunities for career growth within the company. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 1 year of experience Age: between 20 and 40 years old Keywords: callcenter, teleoperator, telephone operator, telephonist, telephone-based
