Administrative tracking of personnel and documentation A company based in Mérida, Yucatán, dedicated to water treatment and reuse, is currently seeking an Administrative and Accounting Assistant to join its team. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or accounting positions. Knowledge of billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Basic knowledge of administrative procedures (SAT, IMSS). Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools. Valid driver's license. Responsibilities: Billing. Tracking of accounts receivable and accounts payable. Petty cash control. Administrative tracking of personnel incidents. Support in procedures related to SAT, IMSS, and FONACOT. Control and filing of administrative and tax documentation. Follow-up on pending items with the accounting department.
