Long-term relationship development with customers ELEKTRA PROGRESO is seeking the following position: Bank Advisor – Customer Service Ensure an excellent customer experience by offering savings products, bank loans, investments, and insurance to establish long-term relationships. Main Responsibilities: Advise customers on credit benefits and responsibilities. Ensure correct implementation and execution of insurance, AFORE (retirement fund), and payroll strategies. Stay updated and trained on the products and services we offer. Make outbound calls for payroll and pensioner loan placements. Treat customers with respect and exceed their expectations to encourage repeat business and referrals. REQUIREMENTS: Completed High School Diploma required. (Original certificate required) Strong verbal communication skills. Enthusiasm for customer interaction. Experience in customer service, general sales, or service provision. Goal- and objective-oriented. Experience in customer prospecting activities. Integrity in performing duties.
