




Position: Marketing Specialist / Marketing Manager with Graphic Design (Franchise Business) Position Objective Design, execute, and measure the franchise company’s marketing strategy by integrating strategic thinking, commercial focus, and visual execution to drive sales, strengthen brand positioning, and support branch growth. Key Responsibilities * Develop the brand and franchise marketing strategy. * Generate leads for franchise sales and store-opening campaigns. * Design and oversee graphic materials: * Social media content * Promotions * Digital advertisements * Sales presentations * Maintain visual brand consistency across all franchises. * Execute digital campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.). * Measure tangible results: leads, conversions, sales, ROI. * Create visual manuals and graphic guidelines for franchisees. * Coordinate (as applicable) external designers. Ideal Candidate Profile * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field. * Experience working with multi-location brands or franchise systems. * Proficiency in design tools: * Illustrator * Photoshop * Canva (professional use) * Commercial orientation and business mindset. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
