High-level presentation and client interaction Responsibilities: *We are looking for you!* **INTERIOR DESIGNER FOR CANCÚN** Requirements: * Current residence in Cancún **(mandatory)** * Professional degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. * Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar position. * Strong communication, planning, teamwork, and negotiation skills. * Excellent attitude, self-management, and dynamism required. * Experience across all stages of the interior design process. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Revit 80% * AutoCAD 80% * SketchUp 80% * Lumion / 3DS MAX / Enscape / D5 Responsibilities: * Development of hotel interior design concepts, innovative layouts, and spatial proposals. * Creation of mood boards, storytelling, material palettes, and comprehensive aesthetic proposals. * High-level presentation and client interaction. * Collaborative work with stakeholders. * Staying updated on industry trends. * Preparation of project timelines and delivery schedules.
