Your work will be crucial to ensuring that content is clear, accessible, and engaging. As an instructional designer, your role will involve developing content, designing and producing training materials, leveraging your prior experience in instructional design as well as your strong skills in multimedia content creation, micro-teaching techniques, learning methodologies applied to content development, and e-learning platforms. You must have a deep understanding of instructional design tools and best practices for creating digital training materials for personnel, aligned with the specific objectives and needs of training programs. You must possess effective written and oral communication skills to collaborate with expertise, knowledge, and ideas in the process of designing personnel training materials, and hold a completed bachelor’s degree in Education or Educational Psychology.
