**POSITION OBJECTIVE** Create and manage professional visual content that strengthens the digital presence of **movii (Car Leasing)**, improving brand perception, *engagement*, and visual communication across its projects. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Design social media posts and digital artwork focused on promoting vehicles, rental offers, and Movii services. * Develop visual identities for individual projects or specific campaigns (launches, seasons, *promos*). * Support multimedia with creative ideas for digital campaigns and video content. * Adapt content to various digital formats (Stories, Reels, posts, web banners, etc.). * Prepare materials for social media, promotional events, and internal communications. * Upload content to multiple social media platforms, schedule it, and review key metrics to analyze results with management. **REQUIRED PROFILE:** **ACADEMIC BACKGROUND** * Partially completed or completed degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field. **EXPERIENCE** * 2 years of experience in digital content design, preferably within digital marketing agencies, or in automotive, service, retail, or related industries (a digital portfolio is desirable). **TECHNICAL SKILLS** * Proficiency in **Canva / Adobe Illustrator / Adobe Photoshop** (intermediate level). * Visual awareness and graphic sensitivity. * Video editing. * Familiarity or expertise with social media design tools (**Canva**). **KEY COMPETENCIES**: **SOFT SKILLS** * Creativity and visual thinking. * Attention to detail. * Reliability and organization. * Collaborative work ethic. **ATTITUDES** * Proactivity. * Openness to feedback and continuous improvement. * Commitment to deadlines. * Order and organization. * Adaptability to changes in creative direction. * Willingness for collaborative work. * Strong communication skills and internal service attitude.
