We are seeking a Commercial Director with extensive experience in carpentry, custom furniture, and wood finishing, capable of leading sales strategies and expanding our market presence. Preferably, we seek a candidate who already has an active client portfolio or strong industry connections (architects, designers, construction companies, real estate developers, etc.). Responsibilities * Design and implement commercial strategies to increase sales and market positioning. * Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team. * Develop new business opportunities with construction companies, architects, designers, and private clients. * Prepare quotations, proposals, and manage commercial follow-ups. * Coordinate with production to ensure delivery timelines and quality standards. * Analyze metrics, KPIs, and departmental performance. * Conduct site visits and key negotiations. Requirements * Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in carpentry, furniture, closets, kitchens, or wood manufacturing. * Technical knowledge of materials, processes, measurements, and finishes. * Preferably, possession of an established client portfolio or industry relationships. * Proven ability in leadership, communication, negotiation, and closing deals. * Results-oriented mindset and goal-driven work approach. * Availability for on-site visits.
