




Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and creative recruiter to attract and select operational talent, conduct interviews, verify documentation, and deliver onboarding training. Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent attraction: Posting job vacancies and actively searching on platforms. 2. Screening and interviews: Evaluating experience and technical knowledge. 3. Logistical and administrative support to Human Resources. We require a candidate of any gender to carry out recruitment for the Operations department. Age: 25 years and above. Requirements: - Sense of urgency - Sense of responsibility - Effective communication - Negotiation skills - Problem-solving ability - Creative and dynamic mindset - Proficiency in database management and Microsoft Office - Social media management * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (in some cases, a high school diploma with extensive experience is acceptable). * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months to 1 year recruiting operational or transportation profiles. Key Activities: * **Talent attraction:** Posting vacancies on specialized channels and actively searching platforms such as LinkedIn, local job boards, and social media. * **Screening and interviews:** Conducting initial and in-depth interviews to assess experience, employment stability, and technical knowledge. * **Documentation verification:** Validating valid licenses (federal or local), letters of recommendation, criminal background checks, and clean driving records. * **Delivering onboarding training:** Providing new hires with information about the company’s methodology, rules, sanctions, rewards, etc. * **Logistical support:** In some cases, transporting candidates to examination sites, training locations, or processing centers for onboarding. * **Support to Human Resources:** Updating personnel file documentation, performing administrative tasks, etc. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
