




**REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree completed. * English B2 \+ (INDISPENSABLE). * Work experience in the area of customer service or human talent. * Intermediate digital skills. * Basic knowledge of social networks, job sites, customer service, and office software. * The person has high frustration tolerance, works under pressure, and has goal orientation. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Bilingual recruiting. * Direct contact with companies remotely, supporting in the resolution of doubts and receiving orders * Support the U.S. offices in customer service. * Follow\-up on confirmations and logistics of each company's employee to keep orders in shape and always updated. * Analyze the human logistics needs of the companies and maintain a priority level of responsiveness to the client's operational needs. * Obtaining successful candidate placements on a daily scheduled basis and continuous feedback on candidate skills and work experience. * Analyzing and obtaining figures on candidate quality Maintaining the quality of candidate information and the level of responsiveness to the company's operational needs.
