We seek a strategic profile with strong planning and public relations capabilities to join us as an Outreach Coordinator. **Your Challenge in This Role:** As a key member of our admissions team, your mission will be to expand our presence and ensure a steady flow of new talent to the institution through: * **Strategic Management:** Coordinate and execute the field and campus prospecting plan. * **Institutional Outreach:** Build partnerships and schedule high-level meetings with administrators from partner schools. * **Goal Achievement:** Ensure growth in the *lead* database and full coverage of scheduled visits to high schools. * **Events and Logistics:** Organize workshops, information sessions, and special events, managing required materials and operations. * **Analysis and Reporting:** Monitor key performance indicators closely through visit and results reports. **What We Are Looking For:** * **UniverMilenium Identity (Preferred):** Graduate, former employee, faculty member, or administrative staff of our institution. * **Education:** Completed bachelor’s degree (**degree certificate required**). * **Technical Skills:** Basic Excel proficiency (practical assessment will be conducted). * **Competencies:** Excellent communication, organization, and planning skills. * **Mobility:** Willingness to travel to municipalities near campuses and conduct fieldwork.
