Focus on pedagogy, assessment, and language certification Language Coordination Full-time Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m.\-5 p.m. **Education:** · Bachelor’s degree in Modern Languages or Pedagogy. · English proficiency certification at B2/C1 level. · Master’s degree: Preferred, in languages (English or other languages) **Work Experience** · Leadership experience: Primary through high school level: 3 to 5 years. · Teaching experience: Primary through high school level: 3 years. **Competencies** * Personnel administration and management * Knowledge of constructivist-humanist approaches * Language assessment and certification processes, diversity, and cultural integration. * Educational leadership and administration (planning, organization, coordination, control, and follow-up). * Negotiation, problem solving, decision making, conflict management, verbal and written communication, teamwork, analytical ability, adherence to standards. * Instructional planning, assessment, and monitoring of curriculum progress.
