Maintains physical and digital files up to date. **Position:** High School Assistant – DGIRE Procedures Support **Position Mission** Provide administrative support in the management, receipt, processing, and follow-up of academic procedures with DGIRE, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering courteous and efficient service to institutions, parents, and students. **Main Responsibilities** * Receive, review, and organize official documentation from affiliated institutions. * Enter and update information in internal systems and databases. * Follow up on requests for affiliation, validation, and academic transfers. * Provide friendly and clear assistance to users in person, by phone, or via email. * Draft official letters, reports, and certificates related to procedures. * Support logistics for delivery and receipt of official correspondence. * Maintain physical and digital files up to date. **Requirements** * Education: Completed high school diploma (preferably technical studies in administration or ongoing undergraduate degree). * Experience: 1–2 years in administrative tasks, customer service, or document management. * Knowledge: * Proficiency in Google Workspace. * Basic knowledge of academic procedure regulations. * Writing and spelling skills. **Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail. * Responsibility and adherence to regulations. * Clear communication and courteous demeanor. * Teamwork. * Discretion and handling of confidential information. **Position Conditions** * Position type: Administrative operations. * Schedule: Full-time, 7:00–15:00 hours.
