Foster a respectful and collaborative work environment We are looking for a committed, organized, and leadership-oriented individual who wishes to join our team as a Children's Area Supervisor. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the staff responsible for the children's area, ensuring proper fulfillment of their duties. * Plan and organize, jointly with the Children's Management, recreational, playful, and educational program activities. * Provide guidance and follow-up to staff for correct implementation of activities. * Supervise order, cleanliness, and compliance with safety protocols within the area. * Prevent risky situations and ensure the well-being of minors at all times. * Address and promptly follow up on incidents, reporting to the Children's Management when necessary. * Foster a respectful, collaborative work environment focused on high-quality care for children. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Preschool Education, Education, or related field. * Experience managing personnel and caring for children aged 0 to 6 years. * Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and commitment. * Creativity, dynamism, and vocation for early childhood education. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Uniforms. * Excellent work environment. * Opportunities for professional development. **Location:** Plaza Mangus (north zone of Mérida) Position Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
