




Position Summary: We are seeking an Academic Coordinator to develop programs, evaluate teaching staff, and ensure educational quality while fostering an assertive climate. Key Responsibilities: 1. Academic program development and monitoring. 2. Management of teaching staff and educational climate. 3. Promotion of extracurricular activities and the educational model. ACADEMIC COORDINATION REQUIREMENTS: 1. Gender: Unspecified 2. Age: 26–45 years 3. Completed bachelor’s degree in pedagogy, education, educational sciences, or economics and administration. 4. Knowledge of and proficiency with educational platforms 5. Availability to work weekdays and weekends 6. Minimum 1 year of experience in academic coordination RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Development of the general academic program per academic cycle. 2. Classroom evaluations of teaching staff. 3. Monitoring of student academic withdrawals and enrollments. 4. Ensuring selection, onboarding, evaluation, and professional updating of teaching staff. 5. Monitoring academic requirements and needs. 6. Promoting extracurricular activities aligned with the institutional educational model and its regulations. 7. Managing an assertive academic climate among teaching staff and the student community. 8.
