We are currently looking for a PRODUCTION COORDINATOR **Position Objective:** Plan, coordinate, and supervise curtain manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards, delivery timelines, and efficient use of material and human resources. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise the production flow from cutting to packaging. * Develop and execute the daily/weekly production plan according to demand and sales department orders. * Ensure proper task assignment to operational staff. * Supervise compliance with quality standards at each stage of the process. * Manage inputs and materials required for production (fabrics, rails, accessories, etc.). * Identify and resolve bottlenecks or deviations in the production process. * Monitor and report productivity, efficiency, and waste indicators. * Ensure compliance with safety and organizational standards in the facility. * Coordinate with departments such as design, installation, purchasing, and quality control to ensure smooth operations. **Requirements:** **Education:** * Technical or professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Textile Production, or related fields. **Experience:** * Minimum 2\-3 years in similar roles within textile, garment, or light manufacturing industries. **Technical Skills:** * Knowledge of garment and textile manufacturing processes (preferably in curtains or similar products). * Proficiency with planning tools (Excel, ERP, schedules). * Quality control and continuous improvement. * Industrial safety. **Competencies:** * Leadership and organizational skills. * Results-oriented. * Problem-solving ability. * Teamwork. * Effective communication. * Proactivity and focus on continuous improvement.
