




Position Summary: ICAP Group seeks a Project Leader to execute and manage control and automation engineering projects in the beverage and food industry, ensuring quality, safety, and budget compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead control and automation engineering projects 2. Ensure productivity, quality, and safety in projects 3. As an industry leader, it provides reliable solutions applied to specialized processes in the beverage and food industry. **Objective:** Execute and manage the project according to the scope and specifications agreed upon with the client, leading the work team to achieve productive, high-quality work, minimize waste, comply with safety standards, and properly manage the budget. **RESPONSIBILITIES** \-Analyze project scope and operating budget \-Analyze and update the initial project activity schedule \-Receive and review material quantities and specifications of special equipment. During the mid- and final stages of the project, select and order equipment and materials \-Validation/update of engineering deliverables: DTI, project layout, 3D drawings, equipment and material selection, control architecture, and electrical design \-Update the project schedule \-Deliver and coordinate weekly deliverables to the respective stakeholders \- Deliverables: coordinate/ensure delivery of executive report, progress report for billing, weekly planning, productivity record, waste report, attendance, overtime, logs \-Manage/coordinate issuance of work orders to operational staff (electricians, mechanics, assistants, suppliers) to assign execution activities \-Schedule/coordinate air/ground transportation bookings for operational staff/project security personnel \-Ensure preparation of supplementary materials/tools list required for installation \-Coordinate project handover process with the client and documentation delivery \-Plan activities, personnel, materials, and supplies requirements throughout project development: \- Plan operating budget expenditures and weekly activity progress percentage. **REQUIREMENTS** \-4 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN MECHANICAL INSTALLATION\- CARBON STEEL\- PIPING \-BEVERAGE INDUSTRY FOCUS: SODAS AND BREWERY \-AVAILABILITY TO TRAVEL AND REMAIN AWAY FROM HOME AS REQUIRED BY THE PROJECT.
